Lily’s Place Animal Sanctuary
I'm so glad that I found Lily's Place Animal Sanctuary. It's run by two people that have so much passion and love for animals. You can tell that they really care about the wellbeing of every animal and ensure they have the best quality of life possible. With the amount of care and attention they give, it's not just a sanctuary, but a family. They have countless stories about each animal that has walked through their doors. Their selflessness, compassion, and strong work ethic is something to be admired. Truly grateful for any time I spend there.

Lily’s Place Animal Sanctuary
Amazing work done here and the love shown to their animals is obvious. They take the “leftovers”, the animals that nobody wanted and were destined to be euthanized - or worse, dumped to fend for themselves. Here the animals get to live out their days in a natural environment where never will have to go hungry or be abused again.

These are amazing people doing amazing things for all the animals they possibly can. Jamie and Tim are the heart and soul, and they have the best team working with them.The animals get the best care, and are so lucky to have Lily’s Place. The world is lucky to have Lily’s Place too!Highly recommend either donating your time or money when possible!

Lily’s Place Animal Sanctuary
I discovered Lily's Place at Halifax Veg Fest in 2022 and have been impressed by them ever since! They work so hard for their residents and it's very apparent that the animals are family to all who work and volunteer there. I love that they keep us up to date with what's happening on social media - it's great seeing animals living safe and happy lives!!

Lily’s Place Animal Sanctuary
I work as the summer student at Lilys Place and have had without a doubt the best experience at a job I think I’ll ever have. Working along side two kind and intelligent people that I get to learn from everyday is something I think I’ll be coming back for after my time working is over. Jamie and Tim have created a beautiful sanctuary for currently 24 animals but that doesn’t mean every one of them doesn’t have their own unique personalities that I’ve grown to love for every single one. I feel very lucky to be able to see, help and learn about all the effort and work that’s put into Lilys Place.
